These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you," "user," or "Customer"), and megas.games ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the gmodstore.megas.games website (the "Site") as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or applications related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

1. Assent to Terms via Conduct

BY ADDING ANY VIRTUAL PRODUCT, ITEM, OR STORE CREDIT TO YOUR DIGITAL SHOPPING CART ON THIS SITE, YOU CONSTITUTE AN EXPRESS, INDEFEASIBLE AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL PURCHASES AND TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL, COMPLETED UPON EXECUTION, AND ENTIRELY NON-REFUNDABLE. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Store Credit and Virtual Goods

• Licensing of Digital Assets: All purchases of "Store Credit," virtual currency, in-game ranks, perks, or items (collectively, "Virtual Goods") do not represent the transfer of any property rights, intellectual property, or monetary value. Instead, the Customer is purchasing a limited, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to utilize these digital elements strictly within the boundaries of the megas.games Garry's Mod server environment.
• Closed-Loop System: Store Credit is entirely closed-loop. It possesses no real-world currency equivalent, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, cannot be transferred between distinct user accounts, and holds no value outside of the active lifecycle of the Site.

3. Absolute No-Refund and Anti-Chargeback Provision

• Finality of Transaction: Due to the immediate digital delivery and consumption of Virtual Goods and Store Credit, all transactions processed through our third-party payment gatekeeper are final.
• Dispute and Chargeback Prohibition: The Customer agrees not to initiate any chargebacks, payment reversals, or credit card disputes with Stripe, their banking institution, or credit card issuer for any completed transaction.
• Remedies for Breach: In the event that a Customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this section, we reserve the right to:

1. 1. Immediately and permanently terminate the Customer's account and access to the Site.
   2. Implement an unrestricted, permanent ban across all associated Garry's Mod servers and community platforms.
   3. Submit comprehensive electronic evidence, including transaction logs, IP addresses, Steam hex data, and explicit proof of contract-by-conduct agreement, to Stripe and relevant banking authorities to aggressively contest the dispute.

4. Account Disciplinary Actions and Forfeiture

We maintain absolute authority over the administration, moderation, and operation of our Garry's Mod servers. Violation of community behavioral rules, server policies, or general regulations resulting in temporary or permanent disciplinary action (including server bans) shall not entitle the user to a refund, restitution, or recovery of any unspent Store Credit or active Virtual Goods. Disciplinary server bans constitute a material breach of community guidelines, resulting in the immediate forfeiture of the digital license granted under Section 2.

5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, megas.games and its administrators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to server downtime, loss of data, database corruption, or the permanent cessation of the server network. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.
